I did it! I did it! (read on!)

Yoli here, all bright-eyed and bushy-tailed (Well, since I have no bush elsewhere...)

I realize this news will not affect the spin of the Earth on it's axis but I just want all of you to know that "Yoli The Insomniac" got a whole NINE (9!!!) hours of uninterrupted ZZZZZZZZ (save for a quick trip to the litter box) and did so without "sleep aids" or due to ingestion of alcohol.

Ash(leigh) and I made a little Sapphic love in the early evening and before she was even finished tidying up my widdle >^..^< with a warm washcloth I was going "off the air".

She covered and kissed me and then it was "Lights Out".

This is a true miracle and one I hope to experience again...soon and often!

When I get to church this AM and don my choir robe I'll be less at risk of dozing off and falling off the riser!๐Ÿ˜„

Wow! Just "WOW!"

And now, ladies and genitals, I'm going to go for a swim, pewp, shower, and make some breakfast burritos!

Love to all, each and every one,

Yoli

All refreshed and a little horny. Hmmmmm...

Congrats FUBG,

I also have sleep probs. The main reason I couldn't do more than a week on chemical castration tabs (cyproterone acetate) was that I wasn't going to sleep properly. Hot flushes in the form of hot prickly legs and feet were very uncomfortable and I just couldn't get into deep sleep. It started to get me down so I quit the drug.

I just read some interesting newspaper articles on how to sleep well, taken from a new book by hyplotist/therapist Paul McKenna. Very interesting. If we want to sleep FUBG, the first thing we have to do is to stop surfing the net in bed :o(

Mrs Riven (with a twinkle in her eye) says that as soon as I establish a good sleep pattern I can try the cyproterone acetate again :dong:

Rivvy,

I don't surf in bed, at least not on the 'net!๐Ÿ™„

And, being a female, castration drugs are not involved.

My wacked out sleep patterns result more from the life I lead, especially that devoted to outdoor sports...hunting, fishing, etc., and the odd hours that must be kept in order to "Be there when they're bitin'." Then too, my overactive libido plays a role as does the non-sexual portion of my busy social life, so well as my business matters.

As of late I've been making a concerted effort to normalize my sleep habits, at least as to duration if not specific time frames. What with the avocations earlier mentioned it would be impossible for me to be on anything resembling a , say, 11PM to 7AM cycle.

I'll keep working on it and I wish you success in our shared endeavor!

Yoli

Up at a reasonable hour after seven hours of slumber! Yayyyy!

Yup, I've had sleep problems since around 1972 or 1973.

You never get used to it. If I stay on my medication I can maintain a normal sleep pattern. Even so, there are nights when nothing helps. Those nights suck.

I can empathize with my fellow insomniacs out there.

Yeah,

Try working 30+ hour shifts for about 20 years and see what happens to your sleep patterns...

I don't know. When I was able to follow the prescription of an orgasm at bed time I never had any sleep problems. Seems to work for you too. Not being able to do that, due to long term marriage or some other reason, is probably the biggest cause of sleep problems as we age.๐Ÿ™„

Funny, whenever I get screwed at work the effect is the opposite...

A good line. I think I will try that on her.

On second thought, bag that. Just cause me sleep problems.

Dearest Uncle Wolfie,

Again...I am NOT the original FUBG (Now WOBG, since she and BG married.)

I AM Yoli. Ash(leigh) and I simply took over the membership when the Army sent the happy couple off to far-flung places, leaving us as "caretakers" of the estate he inherited.

FUBG/WOBG still foots the bill AND sets the rules, such as NO chat, NO meetings, NO mailings, NO Pics. Security is Job One, especially since BG made it darned clear that ANYTHING that might afflict his military career is verboten.

Believe me, if the atmosphere were more liberal we'd already have hosted an EA "Great Texas Convention and BBQ" (Bring your fishing gear, golf clubs, balls, if any, and riding togs.) here at our little slice of Paradise. But...We live here for free, enjoying all the considerable perks, facilities, and other stuff (including sex with BG and WOBG when they are home on leave,) and we aren't about to screw that up OR breach their trust.

And...BG still thinks we're all crazy (insert maniacal laugh track here.)

As for being gentle...If I got my dainty paws on you "gentle" might not be the proper adjective but the coroner would say you were the happiest *corpse he'd ever seen๐Ÿ™„

Still hot for Uncle Wolfie,

Yoli

Your loving niece (incest optional at additional cost.)

*Cause of Death: Extreme ecstasy and dehydration.
