The removal of my penis/base/root will leave more than adequate cavity space for even my largest testicle. If I go for smooth I want all my scrotum removed.

Do yourself a big favor, try a "test run" first. As a eunuch, I can tell you that once your testicles are gone, things change, especially your desire. Before castration I did all kinds of things, cutting, banding, etc. I even thought about going nullo, having everything removed.
