There are some real geniuses out there. You can tell you are in a class mobile home park when the neighbor robs. As in seeing you leave and walks over to rob your place - after a snowfall. Or doesn't have curtains so throws up your distinctive towel over the window so you cannot see them divying up the goods (two cans of Copenhagen to you, two to you, two to you; five fishing lures to you, five to you . . . . )
