Oh, how I hate to get up in the morrrrrrninnnnng!

Yoli here, up, all bright-tailed and bushy-eyed...groan.
Last evening I was sitting on my dad's lap, as his "little girl" occasionally does, and in my best baby voice I was whining about this morning's schedule: Up at 4AM, drive to a luxury hotel in that whale (Suburban), pick up two out-of-towners, and drive about an hour and a half to a quail hunt, stopping for Huevos Rancheros in a small hamlet on the way (They WILL accept a few drops of the BEANO I always carry, or they'll walk the rest of the way!). Whoopee!
Anyway, I just checked my personal Email and here's what Daddy sent me, stating that I appear onstage at about 04:30 into the video.

Cute, huh? The same guy that wrote "White Christmas".
I swear, for a born and raised native Spaniard my dad has gone nuts for American history and culture, including (especially) the military part. He absolutely worships Big Guy and nearly swooned the first time he saw BG in Dress Blues and spurs. Had me wondering for a moment... not!
He collects WW2 memorabilia, studies WW2 a lot, and when BG arranged a tank ride for him, about an hour's worth, he almost had to be pried out of the turret. When he had chow with the troopers he actually asked for the Mess Sergeant's autograph!...Got it, too. When they attended a performance by the First Cavalry Division's 1870's Era Horse Cavalry Platoon he got to actually sit on one of the horses and hold a saber. I don't think he washed that hand for a week. Being BG's friend has it's perks.
So, take a few moments and time-travel back many years. OK?
As for your loving Yoli, she's into the pool for 25...make that 15...no, 10...laps, then the shower, then into cammies. orange vest, and boots, and off she goes.
MORE KAWFEEEE!
Luv y'all!
