my name is mark and im 19 years old and come from germany! So I'm sorry for my bad english!

i have phantasis of my castration since i was about 13 years old! And now I think real about a castration! I would say that i do this in next years. So can you give my help about cutter and risk of those?Or where i can go?

Welcome to the archive. Please don't worry about your english. Your writing is clear enough. There are a couple things to let you know about the archive. The first is that we do not recommend or refer anyone to a cutter. This is something only a qualified doctor should do. Also before having surgical castration you should do at least one year of chemical castration to make sure this is what you really want because once you have the surgery there is no going back.

The most important thing to do is educate yourself to make an educated decision. Then you need to do a year of chemical castration using something like Androcur. Many people realize that it is all just fantasy once the Testosterone gets out of the system. After a stint of chemical castration, you may loose most interest in castration unless you are truely seeking feminization.

I feel for you.

The thoughts that are crossing your mind most of us can relate to.

Please listen to us when we worn you of going to a cutter. this is not the best idea. Maybe could you find a counselor, therapist or doctor to talk with regarding you feelings?

The risk in making the wrong decision is high. Truly come to terms with you thoughts and desires before acting upon them. Once your threw with castration if you so choose to complete it, there is no chance in taking it back. recovering whats lost.

I would suggest you discuss the matter with a therapist, notably one that is informed about BIID (Body Integrity Identification Disorder) - you sound like a prospect there. A stint of Androcur might be of help in deciding, but many BIID folk here want a physical change, not hormonal. Then a stint of androcur would be pointless. Explore the non-physical side too - the mind and feelings - you may find more answers.
