The most bizarre thing I have ever heard on TV

I'm watching House. The patient was in a remote location and had a broken toe, and the person who could fix it was her boyfriend.
She asked him "Will you do it?"
To which House said....
"He drilled a hole in your skull after drinking your pee. I think he's up for it"
