David O'Reilly, the author of iHologram app (fake), has released this new optical illusion that made big stir around the web. While working in 3D last year, he discovered this animated illusion. He came to the conclusion that a large grid seen rotating at a certain speed will appear to group itself into smaller grids, spinning independently.

That's pretty cool.
I had one somewhere that was snakes, a JPG, and not a GIF. It appears to move.

Whoa! I think I almost lost my lunch. Here try some of these, especially one down toward the bottom called "Rotating Snakes." I used it once as a placeholder for a presentation I was giving in public, and someone on the front row covered her eyes and asked me to stop it...PLEEEEZE!!! It's a static unmoving image, but gives the appearance of motion. Go here:

Can a warning be placed saying it's not safe for people with epilepsy?
Definately is an unusual animation. I had to look at it for a bit just to finally make up my mind that the possibility exist that it is just one large rotating grid. I'm still not 100% positive.

Woah! is right! Ouch, my eyes!
The snake GIF at the bottom is too cool.
I converted the >intospaceGIF< from
to a JPG with Fireworks & saved it as a desktop Ap. It still appears to move. Guess my eyes are getting older.
Thanks guys.
