Warning: DIY castration can have serious side effects. If you attempt any mechanical crushing, cutting, or injecting of foreign substances, you put yourself at risk of life-threatening complications.

There are certain methods, that when done correctly, will result in immediate and irreversible damage to the testicles.

If you have a sexual fantasy about castration - DON'T DO IT! Castration is a one way trip.

That certainly gets the message out in vivid color, thanks Kangan. One more thought thought, fantasy can lead to castration. I fantasized about it and the fantasy turned into an actual desire & need. I became fixated on it and tried to do it by myself and with some help, bad bad mistake. Get help, talk to a shrink. Learn a lesson from me, don't attempt to castrate yourself. It will cost you in more ways then I can explain.

This is a message that needs to be run at least once a day. It's unfortunate that many cannot grasp the simple message that one can cause serious damage leaving problems never contemplated.

Fantasies are all well and good be they sexual or otherwise. However, to make real what we imagine without thinking through the possible consequences is stupid. So many have said this but it bears repeating, castration however it's done, is a permanent thing. I'm concerned that too many see this as a situation of "I'll do it and then someone will make it well." Rather like taking the last piece from a plate and assuming there's more elsewhere. You get two testicles one time. You can remove two testicles one time. It's hard to imagine anyone getting any sort of thrill of such magnitude from one thing done one time to make the rest of their altered life worth it. Done with thought and purpose and having given previous consideration it's an appropriate action. I'll join the Eunuch club next month but it's only after years of study, discussion and medical investigation. Even given all that it's impossible to adequately predict what my ultimate reaction will be. Certainly I hope all will be well but in some months I'll find out.

But again, please understand the difference between fantasy and reality and that there are distinct line that on a whim should not be crossed.
