Surgeons

From what I've read, generally speaking castration is a simple procedure (in proper medical hands). Most people seeking it go to urologists for obvious reasons, but what about plastic surgeons? Since body modification for pay is their business to begin with, I'd think maybe SOME would be open to removing testicles for pay.
I'm sure the Nip/Tuk guys would do it

That does make sense. I think that most doctors reguardless of their speciality are afraid of lawsuits. People are all too quick to sue.

The Nip/Tuk guys DID! "JR" (Dallas) was a guest star who wanted his testes replaced with larger ones. The line was "How large would you like them?" And the answer was KIWI?
Cosmetic surgeons however have the same concerns over lawsuits that Urologists do and maybe more so...

They will not remove organs, including testicles.
