Lilac went to see Christina and told me the following:

Christina quit smoking.

She is still in a lot of pain and in hospital.

Her poor legs are so swolen.

She's taking pain meds that keep her drowsy most of the time.

She probably won't be online for a while and even if she was, she wouldn't make much sense due to the strength of the pain meds.

That is all I know so far.

If you're religious, say a pray for Christina's recovery. If you're not religious like me, pray for her anyways: she's worth it.

Christina is my sister and the family of all of us here

Christina is in my thoughts tonight. I just know this is really tough on her and I just want her to get healthy again soon.

Most Gracious Heavenly Father, we ask that you pour out your mercy and healing power on our friend Christina. Let her recovery be swift, and help her endure the discomfort she experiences. Thanks for the update. I still think of and pray for Christina often

I received the same message and did not want to pass on the news. Do not like to be the one to pass on this kind of information. Rather pass on the reverse. Sort of shoot the messenger and not the message. My heart goes out to her as always. My wish as with others is that we will be able to see again later in the year. Lilac please help keeping her spirits bright With so manyof us pulling for her, she may yet beat this cancer.

Christina is in my prayers. So we have to question, why me God? But he does have a will for our lives.
