I think the past 6 years since my castration I've only had very minor issues once or twice, and those were feeling a slight jab when I was erect at "half mast" I think the cord or cords in those cases simply got a bit pinched against other tissues inside next the firmer tissues of my penis due to the partial erection.So far, it's not been a problem I've felt needs to be addressed and I simply readjust myself and the pain ends instantly.That's my experience, yours may be different.

I'm still in ecstacy being a nullo. I can't believe how easily I've adapted without a penis. It's really not bad at all. I like touching down there and feel the smooth area. There are times (few) that the reality strikes be where I realize the I can never have sex with a woman again. But, hey, then I remind myself that THAT was/is my goal. I have, however, NO sexual frustration. I cannot remember the feel of my penis, which is a great advantage.
