i never saw a testicle pearcing in BME and other forums. very much sac pearcings - thats right.

I often have needled and nailed my balls, only desinfected with spittle, without any problems, but if you let stick the needle or nail, after same hours the pain will be greater and greater, so i had removed the pearcing eachtime.

the testickles are very strong against infections, but very sensitivly against longtime needling - so my experiences.
