Recently, while looking for something in my binaries collection, I came across another pic of the same guy, and he's definitely intact in the second one. False alarm. Sorry. Could happen to anyone.
"False alarm" or not and perhaps partly because I do it myself, I think it's kewl when a guy's comfortable enough with his body and his genitals, he's not shy about shedding his clothes and exhibiting it - even if he has bits missing or significant genital mods. I went to a nude-mandatory gay man's club last eve with my partner and danced for quite a while. There may have been other guys speculating whether I had an empty sac or not? I would likely notice myself if a guy had an empty sac or no sac. In any event, I've never yet had anybody come up to me and ask?
I remember once a few years ago noticing that a guy had only 1 ball. I knew him and asked about it later (we were socially acquainted), and he confirmed that one had been lost to testicular cancer a few years previously. I told him about my empty sac, and he said he'd never noticed even though we spent some time talking that day at a nude event. Not everyone looks or notices. It's perhaps good that clubs tend to be dark, but neither me nor my partner care one way or the other.
