That reminds me of the last time I made pizza. I lost track of how much flour I'd put in, and ended up a cup short. Even though I added more in kneading, the dough was very wet. The first two pizzas were difficult to handle, but the third did me in. It stuck to the peel when I tried to put it in the oven. It ended up tearing into several pieces, and the toppings ended up all over the baking tiles, the floor of the oven, the oven door, etc. The kitchen filled with smoke and it took forever to clean up the mess.

Pizza gives me an idea. I have some raw grain quinoa in cupboard. I will experiment to see if I can somehow use it to mould a low carb dough of sort.

Yes.......I'll post link to finished product to see whether it passes or flops.

In meantime plz tell me what you guys think about these plates(link above)

I just saw it.

The food looks fine to me.

I made a divine coconut flour pizza tonight, with pepperoni and bell pepper and mushrooms. I can post the recipe if you like.

I found these four amusing:

#3 In his defense, the handle detached from the rest of the pan.

#18 Straining ravioli with a tennis racquet?

#27 The microwave that was cooked more than the food in it.

#28 The rice puck

The last time I really screwed up a meal or something I was making, our very own Paolo was there with his camera to take a picture of it.

In making Whipped Cream it is important that the cream is ice cold and the pan you make it in is ICE COLD if not you will never get whipped cream, you get butter.

See Paolo for pictures.

Now sometime things don't come out as well as I would like but they are always good to eat, putting butter on an Apple Galette was not going to happen. Oh the Apple Galette was wonderful, we used Ice Cream.

It helps to have a copper bowl when making whipped cream. THat's a chemistry thing.

don't own a copper bowl however if you take a stainless steel one and put it in the freezer for a little while the whipped cream will come out fine.
