Is he Newt Gingrich fat, Rush Limbaugh fat or Chris Christie fat?

He may be bigger than any of these three. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Georg ... nkbone.JPG

I am a fan of Robert E. Howard. He wrote lots of historical fiction and not just Fantasy.

While watching the repeat of the final episode of Thrones, season 1, the Khalessi has just survived the funeral pyre and stands naked, somber, beautiful, with 3 baby dragons.

Wow. So Howardesque!

Did anyone write such "Fantasy Babe" scenes before Robert E. Howard. Surly lots copy him to this day.

Season 2 starts Sunday.

Moi

New Mad Men and Game of Thrones, Sunday.

Satisfying Season 2 opener.

Killing of the bastard baby was so Passover.

I sure hope HBO doesn't drop the ball on this one as they too often do on their series. Like Deadwood. I could have used more Carnivale too. Rome had an end to the story but, it would have been fun to check in on Pullo and Caesarian ;)

Peter Dinkrage (? spelling) gets top billing now.

The cinematography was an art I was noticing most. The use of yellowy light and blue light in the south and north. The use of shadows and framing are just plain, excellent. You 'know' this is not a Euro production or so it seems. And it is not overly CGI'ed. It works.

I look forward to King twit (the over compensating coward) suffering a frightful, very frightful death. No I don't know the story, but I can hope. I was struck how the Lannisters having gotten one of their blood on the throne, have a problem.

All this talk of thrones makes me need a break 🙄
