If you are castrated and taking a T-gel, why not consider taking 1/3 a dose every 8 hours. (not sure about how to adjust injections)
If you are not castrated and taking an anti-androgen, why not consider taking 1/3 dose every 8 hours.
That's what I do.
Ultimately I guess taking 1/24 a dose every 24 hours would come closest to a personal best. But who among us could do that?
You need to figure out what T-level works for you best. Don't use any numbers from anyone else. Your body and it's needs are unique.
If 200 keeps you in balance (low or no libido and healthy mental/physical/emotional state) do whatever is needed to stay at 200.
(be that HRT or anti-androgen)
Maybe you need 300. Or 150. Pay attention to how you feel and react.
Adjust accordingly.
This can take a bit of time. Achieving zero, or below 100, may not be in the best interest of long term health. Just go for the minimum that gives the desired results. In this case, less T is not necessarily better.
All things in balance.
