Both questions have health and longevity implications and there are no check boxes for [] Male or [] Female.
I went to the local health clinic today and on their sheet they use to gather data was a check box for male one for female and a third for transgender. All the times I wanted to check something different from male I did not. I just did not want to go into it today.
