Assuming it is true that Google (and maybe others) have subordinated the EA on their search engines it might be because they too don't think that minors should be able to access the entire site via access through search results on a single posting. Access that way means you never see the first page warning. Since there are ways of getting the message out to people who want and need help, and ways of protecting minors from accessing information that they should not be accessing, not throwing up a wall to protect minors ranges from either not right to maybe illegal in some places. Thus, I remain convinced that enrollment to confirm that one is of legal age before one sees any unedited postings on the site should be a site policy.
I agree with you 100%. www.moodgarden.org does things the way you've pointed out and it works very well. With all do respect to the moderators, I don't see why that can't be done here as well.
