Sag, I don't know you at all and I am pretty sure I disagree with some things you believe but you are such a SWEET GUY and it shows in every post of yours. You would be a pleasure to disagree with!

Now that I've said hello.... please... I've been DYING to ask this for ages; hopefully it is not some deep, dark, mysterious inner-group-knowledge-only thing, but... just what is your avatar picture a picture of? I've had many guesses go through my head, and the one that recurrs the most is cast-iron frying pan, but it's surely not that. Could it be a downward view of a high-water well?

It (Sag111's avatar picture) looks to me like a prospector's pan, with a small amount of gold in it.

I thought it was a picture of the primer end of a bullet... I have come close to asking the same thing myself, many times.

Ok I need a better pic of that gold pan I guess.This is gold from the north fork of the American river collected on mineral bar just down from Colfax Cal.I wish I could say there were nugets in that their pan but only gold dust my friends.

The next avatar will be for Wolfe as I am making a 105 howizer for those chicken steeling four laged wolfes.I already have the gun mounted on the axles and it looks sooooo cool.You better bring the whole pack Wolfe.😄
