Thank you all. I got home from three days on the road yesterday afternoon. My wife and I spent a quiet evening together (after I spent about an hour sitting on the floor petting all the dogs and cats). There are times when I need more than two hands. It was a very peaceful and pleasant evening, other than the dogs and cats fighting over who got to be next to me while I was awake and who got to sleep on my legs at night.

I'm looking forward to seeing some of you at the MoM. As with all the previous MoMs that I've attended, I will be bringing wine and plan a celebration with all of my friends, old and new, on the Friday afternoon. Paolo and I will be sharing a motel room that will become Party Central for those who arrive in time.

Paolo makes a great roomie, though I imagine that if we snore in synch everyone in the motel will think there's an earthquake.

The last time I visited Paolo, I had to sleep under his lemon tree. It's potted and had to come indoors during the Indiana winter. It takes up half his living room....
