Stupid question
Having my mind on the cut, a question came up to me....
In the old days eunuchs had to keep their parts as a treasure.
I keep my meniscus somewhere on formaline and also my wisdom teeth are laying around between some books
Okay, I promise you all I have no intentions to cook them for diner, but should they become just surgical waste or what?
Yeah, I know one of us is going to say "put them on ice" and I would love him for that joke.
Any suggestions????

Re: Stupid question
Often they are discarded as medical waste. Mine were a part of a collection for the man who removed mine. Some have requested to keep theirs and have them. I did not want any remembrances from those times.

Discard them, I think I have no problems with that. If they like them for research (as I tried to cook them from the inside) , okay.
If they need to be part of a collection, then it will be my collection.
Maybe put them on salt, just where they belong

Re: Stupid question
See! There are no stupid questions! You might as well keep 'em...it's always good to have spare parts around! Hehehe.
Besides with all the stem cell research going on maybe the parts can be revived and used at a later date, you know, as a kidney or liver or something! I have NO idea were that idea came from!!

Re: Stupid question
It's a shame that taxidermy has become a lost art.
When I have mine off (For cosmetic reasons, they are already non-functioning.) I will have them freeze dried, gold plated, and made into earrings. If my wife doesn't want them I can know several women who would like to wear them.

Re: Stupid question
Having always hated those always-large 'truck nutz' guys hang from their back bumpers, I might hang my shrunken and plated ones from the back of my bicycle
Seriously, though, I'd probably just want them gone... I have a hard enough time getting around to dusting the stuff I already have.
Although, having them bronzed and hung from the front door so everyone who visits me unkowingly has to handle my detached balls to use them as door-knockers would be ENDLESSLY entertaining.

Re: Stupid question
Riverwind and I exchanged emails a couple weeks ago about pancake receipes so I assume he is doing ok.
My testicles were each put in a cup with a cap and both cups put in a bag and then sent to pathology. I knew I wouldn't get to keep them nor did I have any real desire to have them. They were atrophied to about half their original volume and infarcted so they were a much darker reddish color than healthy testicles. But at least I was awake and got to see them before they were gone forever.
