Testim & kidney pain

A week ago I had a blood test and my testosterone was at 92ml. Extremely close to castration levels, but right about where I like it to be. Usually it's around 125-140, but 92 was good. My endocrinologist offered me a free sample of Testim, I tried about 1/4 tube for two days straight, but I'm not doing good on it, so I'm going back to my Compounded T. When I used some of the Testim (testosterone replacement), my penis actually shrunk and I got pain in my right kidney. I feel as if it had the opposite effect that it's supposed too. Not sure why, any clue? Hash

just a guess

your adrenals on top of your kidneys got used to making more then had to change with the added testim and made less and caused pain.
