Re: Uretha relocation
There have been a few pictures of a "suprapubic" cut, but that has generally been to relieve a damaged urethra when a dick has been cut off, and insfficient care take to keep the urethra open. The suprapubic incision puts a tube straight into the bladder. Not sure where the cumming goes, though. Not that route anyway.

Hello,
Now that would be something to see, ejaculating through a hole above your penis. Kind of like one of those trick flowers that you place on your lapels -- here, sniff my flower. Someone is giving you a blowjob and all of a sudden gets blasted in forehead.. lol.. I'd really like to hear more info about this, I hadn't heard about that before.

Re: Uretha relocation
A urethral reroute is usually located behind the scrotal sac in the perianal area. The only above the penis reroute I know of is called a superincision in which the penis is split from the top, a very unusual and dangerous operation because of the nerves and blood supplies involved. I hope the info helps- Monsternips

Re: Uretha relocation
I know a fellow with a suprapubic catheter installed for urination. They're a real pain in the wazoo to deal with, too.
Once one of these is installed, it carries urine right out of the bladder and down the catheter, exiting the body right above the penis's base or point of attachment. As I do not understand the procedure for installation, I don't know if it is put right INTO the bladder or if it is connected to the urethra below the prostate. If the latter, then ejaculate material would come out the catheter as well as urine. I am assuming that is not installed below the prostate, connecting to the urethra there.
Perhaps Talula can comment further, as he knows a lot about this kind of stuff?

Re: Uretha relocation
A suprapubic catheter is inserted directly into the bladder. Having assisted a urologist in inserting the catheters I hope to never have one. He usually used them when the urethra was blocked and he was unable to insert a Foley catheter. He would anesthetize the skin and then use a device that would punch through the abdominal wall into the bladder. He said as soon as the skin was numb there were no pain in the insertion other than the pressure on the usually full bladder. Later if he could remove adhesions or repair the urethra the suprapubic could be removed.

Re: Uretha relocation
Have seen 2 done without a catheter,I belive the issue that comes up most often is muscle control so your not just peeing without warning.
