How My Life Progresses as a Eunuch...

If my body were a car, this is the time I would be thinking about trading it in for a newer model.

I've got bumps and dents and scratches in my finish and my paint job is getting a little dull, but that's not the worst of it.

My headlights are out of focus and it's especially hard to see things up close.

My traction is not as graceful as it once was.

I slip and slide and skid and bump into things even in the best of weather.

My whitewalls are stained with varicose veins.

It takes me hours to reach my maximum speed.

My fuel rate burns inefficiently.

But here's the worst of it --

Almost every time I sneeze, cough or sputter.....either my radiator leaks or my exhaust stinks!

I think you are suffering from the same thing that I am suffering from .Only I had at a few years longer then you. Lets face it we are getting older. Some say that us eunuch's may live longer. Only time will tell. You have many great friends in here for support.

Its been 14 months now and I realy feel great. I have a fantastic Doctor who got me started on a good maintenance program. Walking 2 miles 3days a week minimum (2miles 30-35 minutes) He says get the heart rate up for 20 min and it takes 10 minutes to get it up. I have been doing this for four years and my numbers have fallen in line. I take a blood pressure ,Zocor and asprin .81mg.

2years ago I wrote him a letter in regards to surgical castration as I was on Andrucor (self medicated) already. I stated how I felt and wanted to stay asexual and calm. He said he didn't want me to be on Andrucor more than 2 years in writing. I took this to my urlogist and he agreed to do the proceedure.

At this point it is the best decission I ever made. I take .75mg of 17b estrodol transdermal (self medicated) per day.

My pipes are rusty. I drip and drizzle. I wear out easy and quickly. Oh remember the 20 years and 30 years when I could go 16 hours per day without getting tired. No more. But the wisdom more than makes up for all of that. We are all there for you Robby. You are not alone.

And Robby, some of us look at you with enevy, my doctor started me on a new med because the old one had a conflict with another med I am taking. Its not only the 81mg asprin but the head meds the body meds the pain meds and the meds that make them all work and play nice together. This getting older crap is not all its made out to be. Quite frankly I would rather be 20 and living in Philly. . . . . . . . . . on second thought

What's all this talk about getting older? We're not getting older....just better...like a fine wine.

It sure beats the alternatives!

Friday, September 8, 2006:

This week was so horrible it seemed like my car was stuck in the wash, water running, soap bubbling on the hood and going nowhere. I am tired to the point of exhaustion. Requirements: good clean fun, visits with family and friends.

I am heading to the 2nd Mid-West (Central States) E.A. Meeting of Members today. I am looking forward to meeting friends from the last Central States event and members I have not met yet. This will be one of those beautification projects for the tired old body and mind.

I hope the get together was real fun. It's been a wonderful calm, warm, sunny

pleasant late summer weekend here in my part of the UK. Temps around 72; perfect. My hose needs leaking nightly and the body work would be scrapped and rebuilt for a new model but one continues and sometimes gets a trifle down.

I have to say the gentle sun helps as it does for most older models; mine's a hatchbacked but thats between the two of us:)

Back to your laptop on Monday I guess; my favourite 2 laptops are my cats

and they don't need batteries or mains they are just purrrfect.
