I just bought an elastrator, and it's scheduled to arrive in two days. I've used rubber bands before and kept them on for like 45 mins or so and it's really hurt but been tolerable. I'm just curious what i should expect with the elastrator for CBT play... how long is the most I should keep it on at a time... how long to wait between bandings... I've read a little bit about blood clots and stuff and I dont want to risk dying... I'm 22 years old... young... healthy... just wondering what sort of limit i should put on myself... i want to hurt but not die... if that makes any sense to anyone... any information you can give me would be greatly appreciated!

Let up put it this way. Banding can be very dangerous to your life. There is a small but actual chance of dying if a blood clot forms and enters the brain or other major organ. Banding causes the blood supply to the balls and sack to be interrupted. That can cause a blood clot to form. The longer the band is on the greater the risk of a clot.

A word of advice. Any time you put a band on your ball(s) it could be the last time you do it. You have to be ready to accept the fact that in banding you can really become an eunuch. Granted that short term banding may not do any harm, but there s is also the chance that it can do major harm. I played with bands and one time I had a very bad experience. The moment the band hit the cord I was in great pain. I cut the band off right away but the pain remained very bad for two weeks. The general pain was around six weeks. I played with bands before and never had a real bad experience with them. This one time was the exception. Do not know why but the experience was not something I liked in the least. The cord enlarged and was extremely sensitive. At the time I thought that I destroyed the ball. From that experience I decided that I would never want to be castrated that way.

I don't think elastrator is that dangerous for CBT play, as long as you have freedom to take it off when you can't stand it anymore. The big danger is if you are in an S&M environment where someone else has control and takes you too far. Your balls can last several hours without any blood flow, unlike most other parts of your body. You can look up medical info about testicular torsion to see how long they estimate before serious risk of permanent damage will occur.

I find that the elastrator bands are most painful on the scrotum skin, not on the chords or testicles. I usually get almost like a cut or sharp abrasion that scabs a bit and hurts (not in a good way).

Every week another male asks similar questions. Do a search on this site for "elastrators" and you'll find a ton of info. It's hard to stop guys from trying out the elastrator, but you'll find that they hurt after just a short time and you'll be rushing to cut the band off. If you must, make sure you have something to cut the band. I once used nail clippers and snipped the band and the sack, I screamed like a bangee. Personally, at 22, I wouldn't use it. Hashh

Well I tried it... its really not too much different a feeling than the rubber bands... other than the feeling gets stronger faster Still it was quite umm... a turn on heh

You can try putting some Oragel for toothaches, or something with topical anesthectic on the skin first. Give it some time to work, that'll help with the sting issue when you pop the band off.

Still, from my own experience, not something that I want to do again!

Anyways yea... would be hot if i had a guy tie me down and do it... and yet respect my limits... dun think im ready to be castrated quite yet, but the pain and torture is quite a turnon for me... i dun think i have to worry about blood clots... i had them banded for 45 mins just now and cut it off and other than a tremendous stinging sensation after about a half hour of aching it felt incredible and gave me a huge hardon... lol... N02 does help if the pain becomes too great... but umm... i wont go into that cause im a GOOD boy 0=)
