Shrinkage on Depo-Provera

A week and a half and 300 mg into my Depo-Provera experience. Nothing yet. I was just curious if there were long term effects to be expected by this. How long on depo before there is permanent shrinkage? How much should I expect?

Also, should I stay away from alcohol with depo? And it seems i've been reading that androcur is a much safer and just as effective way to go? Maybe i should be on that instead.

I dont know if one is better then the other as far as stringth but i will say depo provera is not as hard on the liver.And since you just started i would thake my time and see what effects you have and if you like them befor you try somthing else.As i have said it will take a few weeks for this to take effect so just relax and see what happens.I would not drink much with this but then i dont drink that much anyway good luck my feiend.

I did a 3 month test with DP. It took about 2 to 3 weeks before anything really happened, and what did happen was very subtle. I first noticed that my penis was slightly smaller and that the night (or even the day) errections had stopped. I never really noticed any testicle shrinkage in the time that I took it. I was watching for it however. It took about 4-8 weeks to return to normal after I stopped.
