two eunuchs get married in Candada?
Or maybe in the US now? Think it'll happen? I'd like to see the story about it here.

No eunuchs partnered with other eunuchs here?

Re: two eunuchs get married in Candada?
Who know's Fen, maybe there are in your country - and elsewhere.
The news about "Gay marriages" in British Columbia is good news not just
for "romantic" reasons but for all the reasons associated with daily life
and also the taxman and role of partner if one is in hospital etc etc...
I imagine a lot of gay men here may think it would be unlikely that 2 Gay eunuchs would want to share life - I think there is still a high level of
unpolitical correctness where assumptions are made that a gay eunuch
is a "sexual sub" and that they need a "sexual dom". For many gay virile men maybe they'd love a eunuch partner but I share the hope and wish
that there will be same sex marriages between eunuchs.
With libido gone and with the calmness and peace that eunuchs find
I think it a liasion which could be built on such good shared grounds.
HRT does not need to be part of any eunuch's life to bring happiness;
as in every community, everyone is different, unique.
Via your thread I'd like to wish all intending and partnered gay eunuchs
continued joy and happiness and also that extra long life that is potentially possible. A raised glass to you and congratulations for Gay married/partnered eunuchs, esp. when both are real eunuchs from freeing yourself from stereotyping!

A few short hours have passed since I wrote the above passage and before anyone else jumps to make the wrong conclusion, please be aware that I am not being critical of anyone's lifestyle choices.
All these questions are deeply personal for everyone. I aim no "criticism"
at sexually active people or their choices/partners - NO WAY.
I'm not sure what Fen's motivation is for posing the question but my
reason for replying was to show my "personal" view that I am certain that eunuch only personal relationships, are as likely to be as happy
as any other. I am equally aware on a non eunuch basis that many
opposite sex "marriages" thrive where conception has been impossible.
The important thing in all relationships is that "they work", there's loads more subjective things I could add - but I am not going to dig myself into
another hole. I just wanted people to explore the width of the question posed.

Re: two eunuchs get married in Candada?
Sac-mec makes a very good point. In my little journey towards becoming a eunuch, I've heard the same thing again and again; "So you'll always be a bottom then?" I think too many gay guys take the position (pun intended) that sex is clearly defined into top and bottom roles. In reality, that's not the case, and certainly not for me. IMHO, a lot of sexual partners are all over the map with who is "top" and who is not. The situations where one person is clearly defined as a master, are, I think, rare.
Seems to me that a relationship based on things other than sex, or that includes a shared de-emphasis on sex, would be stronger, long term, than one that is based on jump-in-bed physical attraction.
Terry
And remember, in gay weddings, the father of the bottom pays for the wedding.

Re: two eunuchs get married in Candada?
Sac_mec, what is your situation? I'm currently a non-eunuch male with a girlfriend. Actually never been with a guy either. Assuming I could leave my girlfriend (which would be very hard on both of us), I'm wondering if it would work. Just wondering if it works for anyone or if anyone had a personal story.
It just seems so ideal, two people who are the same and sex not being a distraction. Obviously top/bottom shouldn't even be an issue. So any eunuchs living with non-eunuch men? Have you considered both becoming eunuchs?

My b/f and I are discussing the subject of marriage. Being in BC, it could be little else than a BC marriage. It would be a marriage between 2 eunuchs only if were to be castrated. We've discussed this often, but it hasn't yet happened.
The discussion's a bit confusing, but I find it interesting that there's so much discussion in this thread of sex not being involved in the marriage. Both of us are currently receiving testosterone restoration treatments. We've never had stereotypical roles. We're definitely versatile. Most of the couples we know are versatile (no other eunuchs though). I know several eunuch couples. All are sexually active.

So both you (male) and your boyfriend are castrated now? And both are getting testosterone replacement?

Ok I just got confused here. You're discussing castration or marriage?

Hello Fen,
Your thread makes much more sense to me know - stupid me I hadn't
checked your profile before asking what motivated you to ask. But I see now that you haven't filled it in; please do.
As a Eunuch community, it makes a change, a very refreshing change that some serious discussion has come up about being a eunuch and
non-sexual.For numerous reasons I have never been sexually motivated and had a low libido. An injury and medications brought complications happily
not resolved by Viagra; I realised immediately my mind and body were united without sexual urges.
I am a chemical eunuch in England and on Androcur. It has been my single greatest life changing "improvement" as an adult and I find much calmness and joy from it.
I hope you find happiness and I now appreciate that for you, life is not
necessarily a bowl of roses now.
