Improvements at MoM - With pictures

Come one come all! Midwest MoM is right around the corner. Main dates are August 23rd through the 25th. Email Jesus, Riverwind, Kristoff or myself for details.

One of the main MoM places has changed, meaning it has been sold and we have moved. In doing so we have made many improvements and I thought that as a further enticement for unsure folks to attend, I would show you one of the spots that visitors will see at MoM and be able to sit and relax. Please remember that during the MoM event things will change some so if you would be kind enough to use your imagination and put the faces of friendly, smiling and laughing people into the photographs you should get a good idea of what it will look like. If you want to imagine further, add a couple of coolers of nice cold sodas, some cups of tea and coffee, a cat, some tasty food, and some light music which should get you an even better idea.

It is going to be good.

Most of it, yes. Should have heard him out there making the door joints. Says they shouldn't sag for at least 7 years.

He is upstairs currently putting in new windows. The cursing is phenominal.

Just like in Russian language, where you can form fully understandable phrase from profanities alone? I'd like to hear something like this in English.

By a week from this very hour, I expect that Paolo and I will have both made the trek to the MoM. We will have checked in to the local motel and made it 12 city blocks over to try out Gemm and Talula's new mosquito-proof screened room. Kristoff and Riverwind will have probably joined us (and maybe a couple of additional attendees or more) and we will be on our way to some local establishment for dinner (and wine ––– lots of good red wine!). [Coffee, soft drinks & iced tea for the non-drinkers, of course.]

The great good time will have begun!

Well I must say the new screened porch is wonderful and the house has taken on such a transition you would not believe what it looked like when I first saw it several months and a few walls ago, its not done yet but it is ready for a party.

I've seen the new Eunuch Central a couple of times in the last few months. Tremendous progress in the makeover. Looks great. Come join us in admiring the work done by Gemm and Tal.
