This is the movie with Justin Timberlake and a whole bunch of other young actors

Everyone is stuck at 25 years old and they wear a time code on their forearms that mark their time left before they die.

Aside from the premise that "if someone wants to live forever, other must die" that is pounded into the viewer time and time again, and again, and again, and again. It's an OK movie.
