As a resident coward, I feel the need to respond here.

I have considered the ER route. I have considered some stupid stuff like banding, or burdizzo or whatnot, then waiting the prescribed time to go to the ER.

The problem with that is that the ER is there to save tissues wherever possible. Not to mention the pain factor. I admit it, I'm not just a coward, but a wimp. Despite my testicles not having much feeling, those pesky cords do have a lot of sensation. Also, I'm scared of bleeding to death before I get to the ER.

I'm no expert on anatomy, but I know that there is a real risk of bleeding to death from severing parts in the wrong way. What if I mis-estimate the time I have, and die on route? No the point would be to do this and live, not do this and die in the attempt.

Because I am a coward and a wimp, I'd prefer to have it done in a proper medical setting where I am administered anesthetics, the doctor has sterile equipment, and knows what is what in that region. I'd prefer not to have to talk with a therapist, or risk ending up in the psych ward against my will.

At this exact moment I have no desire to lose my testicles, because (despite the fact they don't work very well) they are currently providing me with just enough testosterone for me to avoid bone density issues. If and when my testicles stop providing me with their sole benefit, then it will be time for them to go.

Either I will save for the surgery and travel to somewhere where I can get it done as I want it. Or I will attempt the ethyl alcohol injections, until the little buggers dry up, and I'll tell my doctor to remove the dead tissue, sometime after the fact.

My one vain consideration is that I would like the scrotum gone too. I don't much care for the thing as it is, and I'd like to have the cosmetic surgery to have it gone once it no longer serves any purpose. For all the reasons above, that surgery as well, will have to be done in a safe and controlled way.

Am I a coward? You betcha!

Yeah, some very good points made here.

I guess we have it different here in South Africa. Nobody here cares if you have balls or not. Gay marriages are legal. Every other doctor is gay. I think my shrink in the hospital is lesbian. She looks as if she could be the "male" partner. She's amazing though. I think our minds are too focussed on our sorded politics rather than caring wether my neighbor has a dick or not. This is from MY perspective anyway. I think the kids at school are much more cruel towards eah other regarding these matters.

Also, during my stay in the hospital I told my friends and family that I'm there to stabilize my blood sugar levels. Not one of them challenged anything. My quest towards nullification was quite easy all things considered.

Hi Cainanite, being careful and doing the thing the proper way does not mean you're a coward. You are wise. If one can afford the price tag then that's the way to go. Definately.

I'm actually refering to the guys here that are more looseheaded (brave) who have no comunction about cutting there penises, splitting it in half, banding until it's lifeless for weeks....you know. Those boys take a scalpel and "play". These boys often mention that they are sooooo tempted to make the final move and chop (http://www.eunuch.org/forums/member.php?38444-Cainanite) BUT!!! the ER!!!!! I'm convinced these guys can make the final chop and let those medics fix the problem you left them. I don't say they MUST chop off, but it's only for those whose only drawback is the ER.

One of MY plans was to tie my dick off with a band, drive to the ER with a towel, chop my dick off in the car, hide it in a jar filled with phormaline (?), remove the band as I enter the ER using the towel for pressure. I was VERY close executing this plan. I would have told the Urologist that I cut of my penis as I am a Eunuch. Explaining my story to the shrink would not be a problem for me. I'm able to proove that I not crazy, which did actually happen when I was in the hospital. My other plan worked better.

Hell, am I making sence?
