Ronnie has had a unique sex change. Check out his pics, doesn't look like a regular sex change. There are two pics, the first one shows the unique sex change. I say it's unique because it looks as though the penis was just lopped off.

It's hard to imagine a vagina allowing any significant penetration with the internal part of the penis still intact, but what's in front of the labia does resemble the stub of a lopped-off penis. Curious.

That's what I was thinking! Perhaps Ronnie didn't seek true transsexual surgery. Perhaps he/she just wanted the appearance of a woman. Legs are unshaven, so maybe Ronnie has a faux vagina or maybe he/she is a sort of mangina man, though the mangina man had his penis inverted. I would suppose that Ronnie might still be able to get a stump erection and possibly orgasm, I wish he/she would talk about what he/she had done. I've been considering a penectomy for a long time and this might be an option although since my castration I don't have much scrotal skin left.
