You will be able to feel your spermatic cords up inside your scrotum, but they will likely not hang down in your scrotum but sit up closer to the base of your penis. you should be able to feel for them if you wish, but I've not had much in the way of problems with this. I think the past 6 years since my castration I've only had very minor issues once or twice, and those were feeling a slight jab when I was erect at "half mast" I think the cord or cords in those cases simply got a bit pinched against other tissues inside next the firmer tissues of my penis due to the partial erection.So far, it's not been a problem I've felt needs to be addressed and I simply readjust myself and the pain ends instantly.That's my experience, yours may be different.
Now, after my penectomy, the uro must have removed the cords very close to the bladder, because i've explored my whole pubic area right down to the anus and cannot find anything. I like that!
