Seems more like it was banned for political correctness than there being a eunuch in it.

If AXE worked like that.

EA might be out of business...

AXE is willing to do some pretty risque commercials. Check out the ones for their ball scrubber (they actually came up with a scrubbing pad for scrubbing your balls).

AXE is one of the best examples of a company built entirely on marketing experiments. They didn't come up with any really new product, but decided to go really over the top with marketing products to men. They use black containers. (This is a trend where you'll many other products like Coke Zero in black packaging specifically to appeal to men unlike Diet Coke which is marketed to women.) They use the tried and true "sex sells". And they do the regular marketing stuff like "invent a problem and make people worry about it so they buy your product" with things like the ball scrubber.

They're pretty ingenious really -- pure Marketing 101 taken to the logical conclusion.

In the commercial it seemed like the eunuch was restored to intact male. The drop in voice and admiration from the women would cause me to stay away from the product. Even if just a temporary fix seems to be a product for me to avoid.:)
