I was flipping through the TV stations this morning, stopped at current t.v. between the news and business and heard Sarah Haskins (?) say, "You may need to cut off his balls!" Referring I believe to keeping men home and relating it to neutering dogs. I hope I can find the clip, I've tried but can't find it yet.
