Hi!
Has anyone tried to inject saline solution into empty sac? Will it look like it contain balls again - natural look, or does it look different, like swollen up or smth?

i have had a saline infusion to my sac on two occasions...your sac will retain their large size for about a day...this could vary depending on how much saline was actually infused....if you do that, make sure you aren't going to be in a position to be a penetrator with your penis, as after awhile, some of the saline will migrate to the penis...making it pretty much useless for awhile...after some time has passed...the body will absorb the saline, and the sac and other affected parts will return to their normal size.
Now for a fun fact....if you do this...have a flashlight handy...when the sac is full (or at least as full as you intend to let it get) hold the flashlight up to the sac then turn the room lights out...you'll get a chuckle, i'm sure.

There are some cool images on BMEZine and ModBlog showing the results of sounding with bright LEDS. It's pretty cool.
