Along with that, thoughts of getting a penectomy can be fantasy or a dillusional desire that fulfills a temporary sexual need - in other words, it's not something that you should do on a sexual erotic whim. As Flo said, once it's gone, it's gone and so will be the sexual fantasy. Are you really really ready to live without your penis for the rest of your life? Think about it carefully not carelessly.
