hypothetically, if i were to do a penectomy on myself what would i need?

I cannot say from any direct experience but.... well I imagine a LOT of self control and good anesthetics to start off with. But really, don't you think it would be a LOT safer to have someone else do the penectomy?

Hypothetically... you would need an ambulance. DIY penectomy is just too painful and far too dangerous, but it is OK to fantasize about.
