From what I've heard and read, if you just get rid of the balls and keep the penis, when its done after puberty, youre still able to get aroused and hard and everything. You probably wouldn't as much or it would take longer but you would still have a sex drive. Removing the penis too i dunno but i would guess you would still at the very least have some sex drive.

It all depends on the individual. YMWV, as someone once said. Each of is of course different. I really enjoy being ballless. Having sex and masturbating are both as or more pleasureable than ever w/o balls.
