Lea, A TS girlfriend of mine in Germany, sent me the following interesting message...

A history making day is coming up tomorrow, 20th Feb 2002.... and during it a historic minute that will never be repeated

8.02 pm on February 20 this year will be a historic moment in time.

It will not be marked by the chiming of any clocks or the ringing of bells, but on that specific date, something will happen which has not occurred for 1,001 years and will NEVER happen again.

As the clock ticks over from 8.01pm on Wednesday, February 20, time will, for sixty seconds only, read in perfect symmetry...

"2002, 2002, 2002,"

...or to be more precise - 20:02, 20/02, 2002. an event which has only ever happened once before, and is something which will never be repeated.

The last occasion that time read in such a symmetrical pattern was long before the days of the digital watch and the 24-hour clock at 10.01am on 10th of January, 1001. (i.e. 1001,1001,1001)

And because the clock only goes up to 23.59, it is something that will never happen again.

Don't miss it! Coming to a clock near you soon!

So open that bottle of champagne or(and) have good fuck!

Reminds me of 9-9-81, when I was in school and they announced that it was the last "squared" day of the 20th century. 9x9=81, or 9-squared.

:D

Actually there will be another Palindromic time and that will arrive at 9.12 on Dec 21, 2112

2112 2112 2112 This will be the Final one as our Calender has only 12 months

Now some will say thats not right, but we here in Australia read dates as eg 31/12/2002 Not 12/31/2002

ANyway enjoy and Crack a btl with us all tonight :)
