I have cut my ligament by myself, it was one of the easiest mods ive ever done, i injected anesthetic into my pubic area above my cock, then once it was numb, i did a sort of keyhole surgery.

i pulled very hard on my cock in a downward direction, like that you can feel the ligament tensioning up above your dick very shallow under the skin, i then cut a 1cm hole and pushed the blade into the hole onto the ligament while the cock was fully tensioned, i could feel it cutting and my cock going further downwards while pulling it, after i was done i simply put in a couple of stitches and that was all i needed to do.

i gained about 1 inch when soft, it didnt increase errect length but my cock is now in no way possible to stand up stiff, it hangs down stiff instead and i like that a lot.

Although I have tried this on myself, I would not advise it. The blood started pouring out of me and I'm lucky I didn't end up in the ER. It may be easy for some, but self surgery takes nerves of steel. Plus, you could accidentally cut a blood vessel or a nerve and cause the loss of sensation in your penis. I'm just throwing this out there because whatever you do, remember, there are serious consequences. I'd find a urologist and have him or her do it. I was very excited when I first read about the suspensory ligament cutting op. But it was confusing to read later that it only increases flaccid length. I can understand that so long as some ligaments are left attached, the penis will not reach any further upwards (towards the navel). But surely, if length is measured with the penis at 90º to the body (ie. straight out when standing), detaching ligs between the cock shaft and the pubic bone and thus allowing more of the shaft to stand off the pubic bone, albeit from a slightly lower attachment point, then both flaccid and erect length must be increased by a similar amount. Or am I missing something?

actually there must be a possibility to make a minimal incision ( even with a needle or a very thin sharp object) and then after stretching the penis find the ligament and cut it with slow motion....

anybody for ideas or experience?

I personally found the risk greater than actually going through castration. Not being a surgeon and not being able to see, who knows if you might accidentally cut a nerve, making yourself impotent or blood vessel where you'll have to be rushed to the ER. My advice, don't try it. Hash
