It's actually hard to find a doctor who will remove your scrotum if it is not done when being castrated. I know, because I am trying to find one. Finding Dr's who will do penectomies will be nigh impossible to find.

So it seems. Yet there are supposedly guys here who don't have their penises, without having gone the SRS route. I wonder how that worked for them?

Transsexuals usually are the only ones who can get penectomies. It's actually easier to get castrated then it is to get a penectomy. Dr. Kimmel won't remove your penis and if he won't, you're out of luck. It's a medical anathama unless you've got some physical disorder or disease.

I've contacted them several times inquiring about having a penectomy done without a response, so I doubt they do it, even though they advertise it as a procedure separate from SRS.

Seems the only route to go is SRS or a cutter. Which is bad for people like me who are desperate to have their dick's removed, (even if as in my case its almost a vestigal organ.
