I saw this add on a message board. I have no idea if they are legit, but I suspect they are:

My partner is a fourth year surgical resident and I'm a clinical behavioral psychologist. We are both Dominant Masters with our own herd of slaves.
In order to help pay off my partner's outrageous medical school bills, we've decided to start offering castration and/or penectomies to willing slave clients for a modest fee.
