I tried something similar when I was 25.

I was home alone with the Ex at her Mother's for the weekend.

I had been to a local hangout & found a man to perform oral sex on, then went home and tried to nut myself.

I actually got one ball out of the sac; but lost my nerve and was bleeding badly enough to need surgical repair.

I tucked the ball back in and drove myself to the ER.

By that time, the scrotum had engorged with blood to the size of a soccer ball & tearing was starting.

My story about dropping a butcher knife and accidentally stabbing the sac was accepted and I was repaired without any psych intervention.

I was extremely lucky that I didn't go into shock and bleed to death on the floor.

I haven't tried again, but still think about it a lot.

That was a good example of why DIY surgery is NOT recommended!

I used a non-invasive, non-surgical technique on myself after months of study and deliberation.
