Does anyone know how to numb the penis with an anesthesia such are marcaine, that is where to inject, how deep, and how many cc?

I don't know about injections but I do know

Take a 2X4 in your right hand, put your penis on the table or other hard surface and give it a good one. I think the numbing effect will be realized.

That and a new dance step.
