Has anyone here done laser treatment for permanent facial hair removal? How effective was it/what other details can you provide?

Yes I have been doing laser removal for about a year now and I love the results.

You have to be picky about which laser you use as they are not all the same.

I live in Illinois and go to a great lady in St. louis.

Email me if you or anyone would like more details on her or this subject.

Take care all.

Yes, I have. It hurts like h*ll until your face is almost completely done (that takes a few sessions).

There are a number of different lasers, and the operator may end up choosing a fluence (intensity) that is not appropriate. Too low, and few hairs will be destroyed. But, the maximum fluence depends on your skin color--the darker, the lower the fluence. I am Irish and have light skin, so she turns it up all the way to the maximum reccomended fluence--OUCH!!!

But it's worth it.

Love,

Kelly :)
