My equipment is modest, just a 5lb hand weight and a 15lb hand weight, I want to make sure my exercises im doing will be effective and not damaging, but i cant afford a health club right now. The 5# feels light at first but is harder after about 10 bicep reps, the 15 is heavy to me right now but manageable. I dont want to screw up so i need to know how to use them correctly..

For cardo I picked up one of them Gazelle Freestyle machines 6 months ago and it seems to be good, my target heart rate is reached in 5 min but 15 min is the end of my endurance right now... The exercise is smooth on it and doesn't hurt my stitches or pull my groin. Have it set up in front of my fish tank so i watch them as i do it..
