Anyone have before and after photos of Dr Kimmels scrotal reduction procedure? I am thinking about it and wouldn't mind seeing his work.

It's funny how women can get their labia trimmed off at almost any cosmetic surgeon. I wonder what happens if a guy goes in and asks for the "scrotal reduction"?

ya.. lol.. what i would really like is for my skin to be thinned out and it made to form fit the normally buried under the balls underside of my penis... i think that would be great looking..

I am not well informed about the procedure, but as I understand it... A surgeon uses a laser and causes the skin of the scrotum to constrict as it is burned by the laser. They make lateral laser cuts high up on the scrotum and the accumulation of the constriction effect makes the scrotum draw up tight. I only read about it and I understand it is a cosmetic procedure that is popular with older men who typically sag down further with age.

Myself, I have hated the look of my own genitals ever since I was a very young child and wish like everything I could afford to have my testicles surgically put up inside me or removed. While I like the sensation of a gentle caress on my scrotum as much as any man, I do hate the way the ugly thing looks hanging down there. Not to mention the hygene and odor issues.

any of the few women here want to chime in if the idea of scrotal reduction / removal is attractive or not? my GF is a "whatever you think is best" type.. lol..
