Back around late summer or early fall, someone mentioned the impending release of a new, "super bandage". It was supposedly being designed for the military, and was alleged to be able to rapidly stop even arterial bleeding. Since then, I have heard nothing more about it. Does anyone know any more about this? Is it being reserved solely for military application?
