My doctor has removed himself from my case, he says its too much of a complex issue, canceling any further procedures, even though i was told to expect to be in the hospital for 3 days.
Now im looking at my ultrasound report:
"the mass is 1.9x3.6x2.0CM"
Im in fear of that mass as its been diagnosed as a Ludwig tumor, that has grown by 20% in 30 days.
Im holding his notes, he has profoundly under-interpreted my pain level.
"his right testis is now moderately tender"
I had tears in my eyes from the fucking exam that day!
What the hell does he think!!! I'm faking it???? I'm faking cysts, masses, low blood flow, extreme hormone production?????!!!!
I have an appointment with a new urologist Thursday, one more experienced in this issue.
All i can do is hold it together, im near a breakdown because i thought my ordeal was ending, and its been yanked out from under me.

The issue is now resolved, hopefully the cords will not leak with double ligation and cauterization, and they will not attach. If infection or complications start i will go to the ER. I gave myself 2CC of penicillin.

I would like to say "Good luck to you" as well. It sounded like you had done a fairly thorough job from your brief notes. I expect that the prognosos will be good and hope that the trauma is resolved. From what you indicated it had to be done and sometimes taking matters into your own hands is what you have to do. Keep us posted if you will on how it all worked out in the end. You may not be alone in your needs.

I just said a prayer for you.
I am sorry to here about your pain. I too suffer from cronic pain. The doctors I have seen all seem insensitive to my complaints of pain levels. I think the FDA and DEA have them all scared to write prescriptions for pain by threatening thier licenses to practice if they are deemed to be overprescribing pain medicine. Someone like me on medicare must suffer while the wealthy celebs like Lindsay Lohan or Rush Limaugh can get all the pain medicine they can handle(and often more).
I wish I were there so I could kiss it and make you feel better.
