Almost a year ago I had to be hospitalized for some test done under general anesthetics. You got that right, the examination involved my rectum and scrotum. The procedure was planned to be short and simple if all went well i was supposed to go home the same day.

Luckily it didn't - i had a nasty fever when i woke up, and had to stay in the hospital for an extra day. Lucky for me, the next day i was left alone in the room, and was on the shift of a very nice female nurse, who had, among other things to put wet pads on my scrotum. She was not young, 40+ i'd guess but not bad looking either, and most of all she seemed to really like the task. Once she understood i didn't mind her holding by balls in her hands, she came it to exchange these pads more often than she had to.

She even offered to give me a shower but i was too shy to go along with it, stupid me.

Another nice incident during the same stay was later in the night when the nurses (all female) shifts changed, they went by the beds, and when they were near my bed, the head nurse told all they other nurse out loud 'this is <my real name> and he has holes in his testicles'.

Over the years i had several female (and male) medical staff examine me 'down there' i almost always enjoy when female do this, though except this particular incident they are all very professional about it and don't show any feelings or an indication that they like it (i guess most of them actually don't like it at all) but this one was different. She was loving every minute of it, i did too, and we both could tell that the other one like it.

If she had just asked me to, I'd be happy to leave my balls with her forever.

This was a fun day.

The only pitiful fact about it (some, esp. on these forums may see it as a highlight i guess) is that due to (not very severe) pain i had in my scrotum i stayed completely soft, penis shrunk, no matter how much that nurse fondled my balls or how many female nurses were standing by my bed discussing my testicular situation.

As i wrote, all of this really happened.

The main problem with being examined by female is the subsequent fantasies. After being examined by female med staff (doctors and students) numerous times. This has became such an intense fantasy, no other kind of sex can come close.

Has anyone here "suffered" the same experience?

My first experience was at age 16 and involved stripping naked for a physical exam of my genitals (testicular cancer was suspected). I still have a fantasy about such things. Any female will do, but a medical setting adds to the enjoyment. It must be an involuntary or accidental genital exposure since I am not an exhibitionist, nor do I want to be arrested.

I would be really embaressed to get erect during a physical exam. And as my wife said "I guess thats one time your GLAD your impotent?"

during the last week no fewer than 20 females have come and examined my scrotum, washed it down with antiseptic, and re-dressed it. My T shots are slowly taking affect and the last nurse knew this as she gave me tbe shot and took extra time, or so it seemed.. i had an embarrassing last few dressing changes... lol

My doctor is sending a home health aid to come see to me every day for the next week, im sure it will be equally as embarrassing...

note, only females were allowed due to my abuse history.. the hospital i was in was very understanding about this..

yes.. the home health aid they sent caused equal embarrassment.. lol... its funny because pre HRT i felt nothing and was not self consus at all with female nurses.. but now.. good lord i blush at the slightest reaction.. lol..

Due to a long term medical condition I have been examined by many a doctor over the years. To me its become routine and physicians doing what they're supposed to do is no longer embarrassing. I also happen to live in a town that has a large teaching hospital which means there are also residents coming and going. Almost always the doctors have been professional, polite and deferential. Sure, I've seen a couple of egotistical jerks (usually male) and a couple of head cases (usually female). I've also been cared for by some wonderful nurses. Generally, what I've found is the nurses are real pros who don't embarrass easily. They genuinely care about their patients but resent the caricature that they are somehow "available." 1tc, the nurses probably didn't "dislike" treating your scrotum. Its all in a days work to helping you get and feel better.

Now, I have had a couple of unpleasant experiences with female doctors. One, during a routine physical and without telling me, decided to do two cultures for STD's. Nevermind there was no reason for it. She stuck a damn swab down my penis, TWICE, and man, did it hurt. I'm convinced this bitch did it intentionally to cause me pain. Another time a female doctor squeezed my testicles so hard during an "examination" that they hurt for 2 days. Seriously, I was so pissed I yelled at this lady to take her hands off me and demanded she leave the exam room. She apologized profusely and said it was unintentional, that I had sensitive testicles, blah, blah, blah. Again, I think she did this intentionally.

Another time I had a weird but nice experience. A female resident did a rectal exam that was the longest and most pleasurable rectal exam I ever had. She massaged my prostate and was moving her finger in there like I never felt before. Of course I ended up with a massive erection and when she took her finger out she immediately asked me to turn around where she swabbed the prostatic fluid with a Q-tip from my very hard dick. I asked what she was doing and she said she was sending "the culture" to the lab. Again, there was no need for this procedure. Having had many rectal exams I can be certain that what she did was not the norm. What was this all about? Either she was just being a cautious young resident or she was trying to see what my reaction (physical and mental) was to the exam. I don't know.

Hazbalz, it sounds as if you've been in this business longer than I am (well.. at least as long as i am ).

I've had few physically unpleasant encounters with male and female doctors. Although i have never thought any of them did anything to hurt me on purpose.

Just recently I had rectal exams by two different female docs. They were equally nice and friendly doctors, one of the exams was physically nice and very similar to your last description, the other hurt like hell. Go figure...

Just the thought of my wife teasing me regarding being an impotent gives me a huge hard on (oxymoron intended). You're a lucky guy by my standards

Well its interesting what happens at times. The last time I went in for my regular STD exam the examining physician asked if it would be OK to have a student present for teaching purposes (it is a public clinic) while he ttook the blood and did his various examinations so I said OK. Well It turned out to be a young lady who looked no more than 18. As part of the proceedure both the Dr and the student gave both testicles a serious palpation examination which was a bit embarassing when the young lady had her turn but qute pleasurable. A bonus for being a good citizen and having regular tests!! Its a good thing I am not in my prime any more or I would have been more seriously embarassed.
